1. Send a thank-you note.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Saying \u201cthank you\u201d can make miracles happen. Imagine if you send an unexpected note to say it. Business and sales are all about human relationships. If you want to create amazing experiences for your customers, invest in your relationship with them. You won\u2019t regret it.

2. Deliver \u201cfreaky fast\u201d response times.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Time the most precious gift. It is also a measurement standard your clients will use to determine if they loved your service or they hated it. Deliver fast, anticipate if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
