At Voxcentrix call center in Mexico, we have two concepts that run through the veins of the entire organization, those two ideas represent the way we approach things, they are like our mantra. Those two concepts are “Passion” and “Brand Ambassadors”. The first addresses how we approach things in every field of the everyday battle, and the second, imprints the way we coach our agents to approach their important role in the organization.

At Voxcentrix, we understand the importance of what our agents do, as they represent not only a company that sells products or provides services but their whole philosophy, their core values, their reason to be. Our job is to empower them to represent our clients as their voice, their ears, their brand ambassador, creating a unique and amazing customer experience.
This year, Entrepreneur magazine published an article named “So, What’s a Brand Ambassador and Why Are They Important?” which stated:
“a great brand ambassador can cut through the clutter and say things about your company and brand with more credibility than you can because they won’t make money as a result. That credibility is important for both direct outreach such as advertising and indirect such as pitching stories to reporters. Having a good brand ambassador, or several of them, is a powerful and versatile tool to raise your company or product awareness”.
Big companies are taking this approach to their teams. A great example is Microsoft, the Software Company, who created a program called MVP (Most Valuable Player)as a way to recognize, reward and support the users that are more active in helping others solve their technical problems. Other companies like Google, Southwest Airlines, Zappos and Apple have implemented successful programs that empower each member of their company to fully represent the essence of their brand.
“That’s one of the things we are proud of, we don’t pressure agents to accomplish ridiculous goals, we focus on developing a positive customer–brand relationship, we ask each agent to become a BRAND AMBASSADOR, to represent the values of the brand, their philosophy. That’s a common mistake around other call centers abroad, they think that companies only care about cost reduction and numbers, but that’s not true. More and more companies are realizing the importance and real value of taking care of their brand” added Joe Andere, Executive Vice President of the company.
